  • Blood Orange & Beetroot Salad - spiced pecan crusted goat cheese, organic cress, rose vinaigrette (v)
  • Pumpkin Soup - with gorgonzola cream, chive oil (v)
  • Irish Sea White Crab & Prawn gateau - cucumber jelly, citrus creme fraiche, basil essence
  • Fine Game Pate - fig compote, toasted brioche, port wine glaze

Main Course

  • Roast Fillet of aged Beef - confit shallots, sauce bordelaise
  • Chicken Breast with Parma Ham - tartufi porcini in a white truffle sauc
  • Roasted Scottish Salmon - braised fennel, shrimp bisque
    (Above main courses served with potato au gratin & maple glazed carrots)
  • Asparagus & Wild Mushroom Risotto - mascarpone, lemon oil (v)

Dessert

  • Rich Xmas Pudding - butter scotch sauce
  • Chocolate Cherry Trifle - almond biscotti
  • Tart Citron - mascarpone mousse, raspberry sauce
