Your Wedding - Make it a day to remember
Since 2006, Chequers Hotel and Restaurant has been licensed for civil wedding ceremonies for up to 120 guests. We provide the perfect location for wedding parties. Our ‘walk in’ style simple wedding ceremonies can be held mid-week or weekend. There is the option of ‘all inclusive’ and ‘exclusive’, where the wedding party can hire the Castle Suite for the reception and en-suite accommodation for all their guests.
- Charges for Civil Ceremonies are as follows:
- Charge for holding ceremony at Chequers Hotel and Restaurant £130.00
- Charge for Registrar £199.00 (Please consult the registrar for price charges)
All you have to do is:
- Choose a wedding date
- Contact us to check availability and to book venue
- Once a date is agreed we will place your date on hold provisionally until your deposit is received within three days
- We will ask you to book your Civil Ceremony with the registrar (Please check Registrar availability initially)
Once all this is finalised you can begin to prepare for your special day. Enclosed are our wedding packages including sample menus and drinks options. Please book an appointment with our Function Manager to arrange the finer details.
