Weddings - Terms & Conditions

Room Hire Room hire charges will apply in the event of all bookings at our current rate.

Deposits Wedding reception deposits are £230 and are non-refundable. This deposit secures the date booking and does not guarantee the price.

Prices Unless confirmed by signature of the Wedding Coordinator, menus and drink prices are charged at the rate current on the date of the function, and any menus or price lists previously disclosed are for information purposes only. Any prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the then current rate and can be varied at any time prior to the function in the event of a change in VAT.

Final Numbers Notification of final numbers is to be confirmed 14 days previous to the reception date. Seating plan and name cards are to be supplied to the venue at least 7 days previous to the function.

Payment Payments for wedding reception are to be made at least 14 days in advance of the reception. In the event of unsettled amounts, a 10% surcharge will be added for each outstanding day, unless the Wedding Coordinator has given prior signed authorisation. The confirmed number of guests or the numbers attending the function, whichever the greater, will be the number charged for.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, the following maximum charges will apply. The percentages are calculated on our estimate of food and liquor consumption at sale price.

With 16 weeks’ notice or less: 25%

With 4 weeks’ notice or less: 75%

Corkage will be charged on all wine supplied by yourselves at the following rates:

  • Wine ~ £5.95 per 75cl bottle
  • Sparkling wine ~ £9.35 per 75cl bottle
  • Champagne ~ £14.75 per 75cl bottle

Entertainment any disco or entertainment on the evening of the function will cease at 1am. Appropriate bar opening hours will apply.
